2017-18 Holiday Breaks Registration

Register Now for ALL of the HOLIDAY BREAK programs you would like to join for the 2017-18 season!

**$50 deposit due at Registration

 

  • **Your deposit will be applied to your final balance.  Your deposit may be refunded up until 2 weeks prior to the start date of your program (for lessons & holiday break programs only).
  • If you are an adult student, please type NA
  • If not applicable (N/A)
  • If same as student name, type same
  • Please include ALL emails that you would like us to use. Make sure to add [email protected] to your contacts, so that our correspondence does not go to spam.
  • Select ALL Programs that you would like to enroll in. Programs are available for students in PreK-12th grade (students will be grouped by age and level for each program) We offer early drop off (8am) and late pick up (until 6pm) for all programs: Mon-Thursday for an additional $10 per hour. Programs will be billed 2 weeks prior to the start date; you will be contacted to confirm your plans and if you need any extra hours. Price 1 is for lower grades PreK-5/ Price 2 is for intensives for grades 6-12. Half days are for lower grades only.
  • If you are interested in Summer Programs select the options you are interested in and we will send out rates as soon as they are ready.
  • If you know that you will need early drop off or late pick up; please list that here.....and anything else you would like to share.
  • Our Programs are created based on the needs and interests of our student body. Please tell us anything more that you would like to have us offer, variations, anything that we can do to add convenience and better enrich your music education experience. Thank you!
