A BRAND NEW THEATRE CLASS FOR 6-8TH GRADERS!
“Making a Musical!”
The “Making a Musical!” ensemble class is for our middle school-aged actors with imagination to spare! Students will produce their own original musical using devised theatre techniques, improvisation, movement and music. Through a collaborative, creative process of theatre-making students will develop their acting skills, create characters, choreograph their movement, compose their music, write their script and design their visual space. Performers will work together to imagine their story inspired by historical works and modern themes from around the world. A final performance will be shared with family and friends at the end of the course.
